Tuna Avacado Wrap
Serves 3

1 pk. Tuna
1/2 Avocado
2 Roma Tomatoes (sliced)
2 tbsp. Cilantro (fresh, minced)
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 oz. Baby Mixed Greens
1 Lime (juice only)
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Flour Tortillas (8 or 10 inch round)
2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Méthode:
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl except tuna and toss. Separate mixture evenly between the tortillas then split tuna in half and place half on top of each tortilla then fold sides and roll then serve.
