Milk Chocolate Cream
Serves 5

1-1/4 cup Heavy Cream
3 oz. Milk Chocolate Couverture

Méthode:
Bring the cream to a boil. Melt the chocolate into the cream. Mix with a hand blender for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and refrigerate for 24 hours. Decorate with fresh berries and chocolate shavings.
