NOTE: Student start dates, days attending, and hours scheduled are contracted to student need. Starting date, completion date, and hours scheduled are clearly stated on the student enrollment contract. Students are not allowed to change schedules without authorization. Changes must be handled in the Institute administrative office. An administrative re-schedule fee will be charged.
School Holidays: The Culinary Institute of New Orleans closes for the following holidays:
New Year's Day M.L. King's Birthday Lundi Gras Mardi Gras Day Ash Wednesday Day		Memorial Day Independence Day (plus 1 week) Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day
NOTE: Students will be notified by announcements placed on the Student Information Board of any unscheduled holidays or closures. In the event of unexpected closure due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified via phone according to the number in their personal files.
